Clonmel Town FC race night Fundraiser
for autism assistance dogs ireland

The Local Bar, Clonmel, Co Tipperary

The whole team at aadi would like to give special thanks to Nicola O’Donnell and her family and friends for their very successful Race night fundraiser held in the Local Bar in Clonmel on the 16th March.

A fantastic sum of €2,700 was raised on the night.

Well done everyone, looks like you all had a brilliant evening.

COFFEE MORNING FUNDRAISER – THE GALLERY RESTAURANT, MALLOW

On the 8 December 2011 3 transition students – Kate Shine, Sarah McCarthy and Rebecca Mahoney - from St Marys, Mallow hosted their first fundraising event.
This was part of their
aadi school training programme and they threw themselves into arranging, advertising and hosting a very successful morning for both the charity and the girls.

Blackpool Shopping Centre Calendar sale and collection
1, 2, 3 December 2011

As part of their aadi school training programme, transition year students from St Mary’s girls school, Mallow and The Patrician Academy boys school, Mallow spent 2 days at Blackpool shopping centre selling calendars and bucket collecting.

CARRIGALINE SUPERVALU CALENDAR SALE 11 AND 12 NOVEMBER

We spent 2 days in Carrigaline supervalu with a fantastic bunch of volunteers selling our calendars and merchandise. We had a great time meeting many generous, supportive people who enjoyed meeting several of our puppies and learning about our organisation.


Also there was the 96fm roadshow who posed for photos with aadi puppy Earl and gave our calendar sale a plug over the airwaves.


Special thanks to members of the Carrigaline Lions club who gave up their time to help us on the 2 days.

MALLOW TESCO CALENDAR SALE 3, 4 AND 5th NOVEMBER


We spent 3 days in Mallow Tesco with a fantastic bunch of volunteers selling our calendars and merchandise. We had a great time meeting many generous, supportive people who enjoyed meeting several of our puppies and learning about our organisation.

Special thanks to all our wonderful volunteers who helped us over the three day, to Tescos for permitting us to hold the sale and to every one who purchased our calendars.

KILMEEN NATIONAL SCHOOL BAKE AND CAKE SALE

After reading literature about assistance dogs to her 6 class, teacher Maria Keohane decided to hold a bake and cake sale as a fundraiser for aadi. All the class got involved with baking and then selling the cakes which raised a fantastic sum of €481.
On 11 November aadi’s Kellie travelled with puppy Earl, to Clonakilty to meet the pupils of 6 class to answer their questions and receive their cheque from the fundraiser.
Earl had an amazing time meeting all the children and getting plenty of love.

The town of Cobh, Co Cork was delighted to meet the stilt walkers provided by Janzo Street Arts. Puppy fosterer and client Fiona English and her family coordinated our Cobh this flag day on our behalf.
