Having over 20 years of office experience, starting from junior level at age 16, progressing to PA to 2 directors of a construction company as well as their property manager.

Together with extensive computer skills – including the recently acquired MOS Master Certificate – she is an experienced customer services agent whose greatest strengths lie in her ability to identify potential problems and then evaluate the best solutions for them.
