On the 9 October 2011 after months of hard work, preparation and dedication Teresa Burke hosted her first fundraiser for aadi. The 10km Clonmel marathon commenced at 1pm From the Park Hotel in Clonmel with a sea of red t-shits and a special appearance from the Mayor of Clonmel, Darren Ryan.

The whole team at aadi would like to offer a huge thanks and congratulations to Teresa for organising and hosting this event for us and a special thanks to everyone who turned up on the day and took part in the race.

CLONMEL 10KM MARATHON CHEQUE PRESENTATION

After embarking on her fantastic 10km marathon fundraiser for us we were blown away to be presented with the unbelievable sum of €9,000 that Teresa Burke and friends raised from the event.

aadi board member Liam Shinnick travelled to the Park Hotel, Clonmel to meet Teresa and members of her family to receive the cheque on our behalf.

Well done Teresa, you are truly one of a kind and we are honoured to have you as an ambassador for aadi.
