Why did I choose to walk for Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland

Why not?

Seriously though, I want to keep walking for fitness in 2023 and it seemed like a great way to stay morivated with that goal by finding worthy causes to raise much needed funds for, and this is certainly a very deserving one indeed

For Autism Awareness Month, I am supporting children with autism and families across Ireland.

Thank you for supporting me on my Autism Heroes 2023 Challenge. I am delighted to be taking part in this fundraiser and help raise vital funds for AADI's Autism Heroes 2023 campaign.

The aim of the campaign is to reopen open the Waiting List in 2023 and reach the goal of training 35 autism assistance dogs for 35 families awaiting support. Thanks to your donation, we are on track to helping AADI reach their goal.

It costs €22,000 and takes 2 years to train and place an assistance dog. They do not charge families for these life transforming dogs. The charity is entirely supported by fundraising and donations. Please donate what you can and support me and this wonderful charity.
