Join #TeamAADI 'To Hell and Back' 2019

Join us for a weekend (15th-16th June) of blood, sweat, tears and elation as together we go ‘To Hell & Back’. The ultimate challenge of a lifetime that you will want to go back and do again!

Be part of #TeamAADI (ONLY 20 Places available) and together we will take on this challenge and celebrate afterwards. This will surely be the best weekend you will have in 2019.

Fitness level required - Moderate - training tips and advice will be provided in the run up to the event.

Itinerary:

  • 10:30am (Saturday) Meet at Esplanade Hotel, Bray for check-in, room allocation (2/3 team members to each room) and breakfast.

  • 12noon Bus departs hotel for Hell & Back venue

  • 12:45pm Team briefing and warm-up

  • 1:20pm Begin the 8km ‘Hell & Back’ challenge and we will guide you through this famous course. We will be carrying a Go-Pro to capture all the action and get footage of all team members tackling these obstacles.

  • 4pm (Approximately) After a quick hose down we will jump back on the bus and return to the hotel

  • 6pm After everybody has had the chance to have a hot shower and change we will meet for dinner, present awards and then the after party shall begin!

  • 11am (Sunday) Check out

Cost:

There is no charge to join #TeamAADI at this event however you must purchase your own event ticket (Discounted) via the link we provide. You must also commit to raising a minimum of €500 for Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland. We will provide a fundraising pack and offer you full support to help you smash your fundraising target. Hell & Back event ticket (via link provided) costs €57 (if purchased before 31/12/2018), €68 (if purchased before 28/02/2019). Accommodation, Dinner and Breakfast (Saturday) is provided by AADI and its sponsors. Breakfast on Sunday can be purchased from the hotel at a cost of €10pp.

Once you have registered and booked your place on our team we will email you a link so you can purchase your event ticket. Your place on our team cannot be guaranteed until you have purchased your event ticket. Once you have purchased your event ticket, we will get an automatic notification, at which point your place on our team is secure and we will post out a fundraising pack and welcome pack.

Hell & Back tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, you may send someone else on your behalf. Please let us know ASAP if you intend to do this and please be advised that they must be over 18.
