๐ข Join Us for an Informative Webinar!
Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland is excited to host a special webinar on our School Support Dog Programme, designed to bring comfort, inclusivity, and support to neurodivergent students across Ireland.
Our programme places specially trained assistance dogs in primary and post-primary schools, fostering a calming environment that enhances learning, reduces anxiety, and promotes social engagement.
๐ What You Will Learn:
- The goals and benefits of the School Support Dog Programme.
- How your school can participate and the application process.
- Live Q&A session with our programme coordinators.
๐ Important Information:
We are currently only able to provide dogs to schools within a three-hour driving radius from Cork City due to resource and funding limitations.
School Support Dogs are not Assistance Dogs. If you are a family interested in applying for an Assistance Dog for your autistic child, please visit our Assistance Dog Programme page for more information.

“Since Mabel joined the school community, the transformation in the children has been nothing short of remarkable. My son Adam, who is nine, has benefited immensely. Mabel offers not only comfort but also a sense of security and calm. The difference one assistance dog can make is truly incredible.”
