We are deeply honoured to announce that President of Ireland Catherine Connolly has accepted our invitation to become Patron of Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland.
As we mark 15 years of service, this is a deeply meaningful endorsement of the work built by our team, volunteers, supporters and the families we serve.
Over that time, Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland has become Ireland’s leading provider of autism assistance dogs, built on sector-leading standards in breeding, training, matching and long-term support, while continuing to grow our impact through programmes that support wider school communities.
That same commitment has shaped everything we do, allowing us to expand our work while remaining focused on what matters most: providing life-changing services free of charge to families and schools across Ireland.
To have this work recognised by President Catherine Connolly is an incredible honour. Her patronage brings powerful validation of the impact assistance dogs can have in transforming lives and creating safer, more inclusive futures for autistic children and families.
