1. Promoter
The promoter is Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland, 18a Euro Business Park, Little Island, Cork (CHY 19293) (the “Promoter”), under licence from Cork City District Court.
2. Prize
2.1
The prize is a brand new Toyota Aygo X, kindly sponsored by Grandons Toyota, valued at €25,750. No cash alternative or other prizes are available.
2.2
The prize does not include road tax, motor insurance, fuel, or any additional features outside the factory-standard condition.
2.3
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for dissatisfaction with the prize. The prize is provided “as is,” and no warranty or guarantee is made regarding its suitability.
3. How to Enter
3.1
The raffle will run to midnight on 6 July 2027 (the “Closing Date”).
3.2
Entries must be received by midnight on the Closing Date. Late entries will be automatically disqualified.
3.3
Tickets can be purchased through one of the following methods:
- In person from the Promoter’s address (see Clause 1)
- At authorised fundraising events
- Online via the Promoter’s official raffle page: https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/winatoyotaaygo
- Through official links shared via the Promoter’s website, email campaigns, or social media channels
3.4
Ticket prices are as follows:
- 1 ticket for €10
- 3 tickets for €25
- 5 tickets for €40
3.5
Entrants should retain their ticket confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
3.6
By purchasing a ticket, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3.7
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for:
(a) entries lost, delayed, damaged, or not received due to technical or other failures outside its reasonable control;
(b) proof of transmission or payment as proof of receipt of entry.
3.8
By entering the raffle, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the raffle if requested by the Promoter.
4. Eligibility
4.1
The raffle is open to persons aged 18 years and over, excluding:
(a) Employees of the Promoter;
(b) Immediate family members or household members of employees directly involved in the administration of the raffle.
4.2
Entrants may be required to provide proof of age and identity, including government-issued photo identification.
4.3
Entries will be deemed invalid if they are:
(a) automatically generated or completed in bulk;
(b) altered, tampered with, illegible, or incomplete;
(c) duplicates resulting from technical manipulation or fraudulent activity.
5. Winner Selection
5.1
The winning ticket will be drawn electronically on Friday 9 July 2027 at 12:00 midday, in the presence of two independent witnesses not associated with the Promoter.
5.2
The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner and all entry matters is final.
5.3
The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided at the time of ticket purchase.
5.4
The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
5.5
Any published winner information will remain visible only for a reasonable period and in compliance with applicable GDPR legislation.
5.6
The Promoter accepts no responsibility where incorrect or incomplete contact details have been provided by the entrant.
6. How to Claim the Prize
6.1
The winner may be required to allow up to 30 days for prize collection or delivery arrangements.
6.2
The winner must present:
- Valid photo identification
- A valid driving licence
- Proof of motor insurance before collection of the vehicle
6.3
The prize cannot be claimed by a third party unless agreed in writing by the Promoter.
6.4
If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed the prize by 31 August 2027, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate eligible entrant.
6.5
The Promoter is not responsible if the winner is unable to accept or use the prize.
7. Publicity
By entering the raffle, entrants agree that, if they win, their name and/or photograph may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter.
Entrants may request limited publicity or opt out of certain promotional activity by contacting the Promoter directly.
8. Restrictions
Any person attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent the raffle process will be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
9. Right to Modify or Cancel
9.1
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9.2
In such circumstances, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be offered.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the raffle or accepting the prize, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
