- By entering into this competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The raffle will run from from 8th April – 30th June 2024.
- This competition is open to residents in the Republic of Ireland and all entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- How to Enter: Purchase a raffle ticket (€5 each or €10 for 3) on the Great Irish Getaway Raffle with a chance of winning six free weekend stays at six hotels: Rochestown Park Hotel, Galway Bay Hotel, Castleknock Hotel, Westgrove Hotel, Dunboyne Castle, Seven Oaks Hotel Carlow.
- The Promoter is Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland (AADI), an Irish national charitable organisation CHY 19293, RCN 20075491.
- The Promotion is a raffle to win six free weekend stays for two persons at six hotels across Ireland. There will be one winner.
- The winner will be selected at random by a third-party witness selected by the Promoter on 30th June 2024.
- The winner will be contacted by email from an AADI staff member (email address containing @aadi.ie) within 7 days of the closing date and has 28 days to claim their prize by an AADI staff member. Please do not engage in any third-party account on social media acting as AADI.
- 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland.
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the prize.
- The Raffle is only transferable among friends and family and no cash alternatives will be offered in lieu.
- The Raffle Prize cannot be sold for monetary gain.
- Entry to the Promotion will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
- The Promotion of the Raffle and the Raffle is fully compliant with the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956-2019 by the Department of Justice and with An Garda Síochána. The Permit number for this Raffle is: ASDH_10-154564/24.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of its negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion or in connection with the prize, including but not limited to as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. The Promoter provides no warranty as to the fitness or condition of the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend and/or, extend this Promotion.
- These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law.
- The Courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
- The Promotion of the Raffle and purchasing of the Raffle tickets are fully compliant with GDPR policies and AADI's own privacy policy.
